| Ordering Our website is available 24/7 to place orders. For your convenience we are also available Monday through Friday from 8AM-4PM PST to take phone orders. You can place an order with a live Material Addict by dialing 866-800-9197. Forms of Payment We accept the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal. Shipping All domestic orders over $100.00 ship with free priority mail shipping. For a detailed guideline about shipping cost please see the shipping section of the site. Sales tax All California residence are subject to sales tax. Order Processing & Tracking You will receive an email order confirmation once your order is placed. Upon orders shipment, you will receive a second confirmation with order tracking information. Modifying an Order There is 1 hour window in which Material Addict can modify an order. This includes order cancellations. However, after this window, an order has began processing and will no longer be able to be modified. For order modifications after this window a return/exchange must be done. Out of Stock Rarely, you may receive an email stating that a product you ordered is out of stock. In that case the item will be removed from your order and the appropriate amount will be refunded to you. Don't worry, this is rare.
