| Material Addict glady accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of orders receipt. All returns must meet the following criteria: - Must be unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories. - The item is not on sale. - The item is not an Accessory [Strictly Final Sell]. - The item is not Vintage [Please See Shopping Vintage for details on buying Vintage items.] - All Shoes must be returned in their original box. Please ship the shoes inside an additional protective shipping box. If your shoe box is returned damaged, it will be ineligible for return, and unfortunately returned back to you. Note on Sale Items: Please note, sale items are non-returnable and can only be exchanged if exchanging for a different size which is instock. Many sale items are low in stock and have limited sizing, making them non-returnable. Easy exchanges do not apply to sale items. Note on Discount Codes: All items purchased with a promotion code are non-refundable and may be exchanged for store credit only. To return your item: 1. Make sure your item meets the above criteria. 2. Repackage your item in the same box or a comparable box to the one you received your item in 3. Enclose a copy of the return sheet that was included in your package Please note, shipping will be deducted from your return total unless the item was defective. In that case please contact us immediately by emailing returns@materialaddict.com, so we can resolve any issue. Material Addict is not responsible for return shipping. When will my return be processed? Once we received your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional days to process this refund to your account. Easy Exchanges Exchanges at Material Addict ship with FREE SHIPPING. An exchange can be done by logging into your registered account and creating a RMA request. To create an RMA request: 1. On the home page of your account find the section "Track Recent Orders" 2. Click "View Details" under the order you wish to modify 3. Select "Add New RMA" 4. Select the reason 5. Select the Exchange option Within 24 hours of this RMA submission, you will be contacted with a free shipping code and in a seprate email you will recieve a return label. You can then place a new order in which you will be charged for your new merchandise. Material Addict will credit your refund within 48 hours of reciept of your return items. Please note, there may be additional time required by your banking instituion. A customer service representative will contact you within 24 business hours of your RMA submission to process your exchange. Please Note: RMA's will be moved to closed status if a new order is not processed within 72 hours of RMA's submission. Items are non exchangeable after 7 days of exchange request or 14 days after of original purchase, which ever is greater. Item being exchanged must be mailed within 72 hours of return labels receipt RMA's should only be used in the case of an exchange. For returns please follow the above stated directions.
